Waikiki Dreaming

I was talking to someone and I was floored to hear that they did not like Waikiki or Hawaii so much so that they will not even concede that Hawaiian coffee is the best in the world i often hear people say that the coffee from Jamaica is better than the Hawaii coffee and i know that is so untrue.

I always tell the story of going to Starbucks in Hawaii and ordering Hawaiian coffee and they always ask you how many pounds well I don't want pounds just a cup and I find it so hard to believe that they don't have it as a regular blend that maybe you could pay a little bit more for. In Hawaii it seems like a insult that they don't serve Hawaiian coffee and you know the reason why they don't is pure profit that is why i always support the Honolulu Coffee Company which has little outlets all over in Honolulu and Waikiki the latest one that I found was the one at the Waikiki Sheraton right next to the Royal Hawaiian one of the best hotels in Hawaii.
