Thailand Cheap Hotels is really relative these days with the price of the Baht Thailand Cheapest hotels are no longer the great deals that they were in years gone by. The cheapest Thai hotels and guesthouses in Bangkok and Phuket are getting pretty long in the tooth and the new stuff they are not putting any real value in. Kind of the lonely planet syndrome for the whole contry. I am guessing that with the recent troubles people are going to start looking else where.

One of the obvius winners will be Cambodia with the Dollar still way down Cambodia is more attractive as it is based on the US Dollar. The hotels cheap guesthouses are in many cases very new espically in Cambodia Sihanoukville resorts which are building full speed ahead.
