Bali Scuba Diving Cheap guesthouses budget accomodations hotels

Cheap Charley has been to Tulamben a lot is the past two weeks. I really like this place as a place to hang out. The scuba diving is very cheap for Bali and the Bali budget accommodations are plentiful for the number of people that are staying there over night. There are no cheap hotels per say as most are small cheap guesthouses if you have your own car or motorbike you can use this as a base for the north end of the island to go to Mt Agun or to go to the west side of the island towards PJ and Guliganjan. Amed is only 6 kilometers away with lots of Indonesia budget beach resorts available in a very quiet setting

Sorya scuba resort is also here in Tulamben run by a very nice Swiss man this is more towards the luxury accomodation range but is still a good value for the money I like the fact that you can walk right into the water and be on one of the best muck diving sites in Indonesia. While we were there we found two different colored ghost pipe fish whip coral gobies and crabs.
