Back in Bangkok and Foreign currancies exchange rates really cheap!

Wow it is truly wonderful to be back in Asia and in Bangkok Thailand. Just saying the name is enough to bring a smile to your face. I went out last night and got some Thai food at Foodland which is you know the Suhkumvitt area of Bangkok a really cheap restaurant that serves mostly Thai but also some western stuff as well I had the Indian Curry and it was awesome. I just love the hot red and green peppers that they serve in some sort of salty brine of some sort I can just eat that everyday and be perfectly happy.


I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the Thai Baht has dropped compared to the US dollar for foreign exchange I was able to get 35.07 and then saw that I could have gotten 35.10 for the FOREX rate. In speaking to the Bangkok Bank people they said that for right now the baht is losing ground to the dollar like most of the foreign exchanged in Bangkok. The Indonesian Rupiah is way down and the Chinese RMB is stronger so I guess Bali rather that China for right now to get the best bang for your bucks!
