Thai Cooking Reciepe from Bangkok Thailand

Khao Phat Poo
Fried rice with crabmeat
Ingredients
100g cooked crabmeat
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 tbsp.spring onions finely sliced
1 tbsp. onion diced
1 tbsp. tomato diced
1 tesp. chopped garlic
1 tesp. fish sauce or to taste
1tesp. soy sause or to taste
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Egg
Sliced cucambers,spring onions and lime
Preparations
Heat the oil in a wok.When it is hot,fry the garlic until fragrant,then add crab meat,onion ,tomato stir to mixfor 3 minutes.scramble the egg in until cooked and add rice,season with fish sauce,soy sause and sugar continue to stir-fry until well mixed and add spring onions. Serve with cucumbers,fresh spring onions,lime and sprinkle with ground pepper on top of fried rice.
Tip; The crab meat can be substituted by chicken,Pork or schrimp but with this meat you have to cook it very well before add cooked rice.
The steamed rice have to be cool not hot before you cooking!
