Cambodia has a policy for many countries that you can get a visa at the border very simalar to the system that Thailand has. You will need to pay for it. You can also get a bussiness visa at the border this is the way to go if you plan on staying more than 60 or 90 days. If you buy a 6 month or more business visa it will be multi entry, However when you come into Cambodia you will need to get the 30 day business visa first and then upgrade to the longer visas. Having a visa before you get into the country will make the price you pay sandardized as the border has difernet princing that is listed for visas do to "expedition fees imposed"
When traveling to Asia it has always recommended that you have travel insurance when you come, this is especially true for Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines, Myanmar, China and Thailand.
