418 165; This popular place has a lot of rooms in a ho hum setting.
Rooms are clean -- and cleaned further upon request. Be warned:
trekking pressure is an issue here

enter the yard. While clean and well kept, the place is devoid of
atmosphere.

is its pool. You can smell the chlorine from 100m away, but the
backpacker room prices make it an attractive extra that few other

has amiable staff and comfortable, clean and very well-sized rooms.
There is also a lush garden area.

Chiang Mai Stacks of great value guesthouses are located between
the eastern moat and the Ping River. Baan Chiang Noui - Very friendly

building has clean, mid-sized rooms with fan and air-con. The staff
are amiable and the rooms are satisfactory, if a little drab.
Oriental

267 The Oriental is in a good location but it can get quite noisy
at night. The staff are very friendly and there is a decent little
