The Winner In is a real gem of a cheap hotel. We recieved a tip from someone who lives there to check this palce out and we are glad that we did the staff is very friendly and the service is very attentive and gets the job done when you have a request from the food in the resturant to the hotel room cleaning staff everything was great!.

Located with in a long walk of the largerst and most spectacular of the Stuppas. The Winner Inn hotel was known by most of the Yangon taxi drivers and was less than $2 to all of the major areas of Yangon. The Winner inn was not in a area of cheap hotels so the resturants and services were better than you would find in the backpacker area. they even had internet that worked OK by Burma standards.
