Cheaper Las Vegas Hotels
The Cheaper Las Vegas hotels were located in the area between the Vegas strip and the LasVegas Fremont Experience. I am sure that if you get further off of Las Vegas Blvd. that you will find really cheap accommodations for most budget travelers in Las Vegas nevada are going to be near the vegas casinos now off course in Vegas there are a ton of places that have coin machines the one arm bandits if you want live gamboling it is in these two cheap areas in the city Las Vegas.
We found a cheaper Vegas hotel the Auraba which is part of the thunderbird lounge to be quite comfortable and was located about 6 blocks from the Fremont experience and around 20 blocks to the strip. We liked the Auraba because it was quiet and the room was very large with a king sized bed there were no extra amenities but it had a good sized cable TV and the air con worked well.
The Auraba is in a good location not real far from the airport which we could not hear the planes inside the room as well as the bus and the train station on Main street. The were not allot of restaurants near by but there was a 7-11 as well as a Walgreens. In Las Vegas it is silly if you are going to a restaurant not to go to the casinos as they all have specials on We did a steak special and a Prime rib that you get discounts if you sign up for there frequent gambler programs look to spend under $10 for those kind of meal deals
We found that there was a Las vegas Hostel in the area but the owners were butt heads and did not want to give us any information which always raises red flags for us so you might want to give them a pass.
The crazy thing for me about Las Vegas is the size of the court house and the number of bail bondsmen I guess that goes hand in hand with the free drinks they offer when you are gambling in the casinos. the other really big industry is the marriage in Las Vegas which makes sense as it is a good place to go for a honeymoon
The Cheapest Las Vegas Hotels would be thought to be downtown Las Vegas or some where off the Las Vegas strip but right now the cheapest of the cheap hotels in Vegas is the Riviera one of the classic hotels in Las Vegas. A new Cheap Charley pick! Based on location on the strip and great job on the remodel and the staff were all real friendly and very helpful always a good sign of good management.
Normally when we are looking for the cheaper hotels we use Hotels Combined but as we are always on the look out for new sites to use we were turned on to Travel Worm and this was cheaper than Hotels Combined as well as Expedia, Travolicty, Hotels.com or Rates to Go
When doing our research it seemed at first that the Palace Station Hotel was cheaper but they automatically hit you with a $9 resort fee. The Riviera had a energy charge which was $3 which seems more reasonable than the teaser rate that the Palace Station offers and the Palace Station is off the strip by a good long walk. end of the day the Riviera was the best rate for a Vegas hotel
