The Cheapest Flights Bangkok to KL Kuala Lumpur (KUL) (BKK) are most of the times hands down won by Air Asia for cheaper airfares.  KL Kuala Lumpur is one of the busiest hub's for Air Asia so there are lots of flights going all around Asia from this airport which is called the LCCT.  I would rather route through Singapore but many times for cost reasons I find myself in Kuala Lumpur.  My biggest problem with KL is the ground transportation if you are taking taxis no problems, but if you try to use the buses or trains out of KL it can be real confusing.  Another problem is finding cheap KL hotels & budget accomodations.
