West Point inn was where we located durring the entire time that we were in Cebu City The room itself was a little larger than most and it was very quiet if you hasd a room on the libary side. They have cheaper rooms which were smaller and had two twin beds which would be ok for one night if you were in transit. too get there from the Cebu airport was 260 P just over $5 so for night you would probbably stay closer to the Cebu Airport we also like the location three blocks from the Palace and a block and a half away from Robinson's mall. There were lots of restaurants in the area and one in particular that we enjoyed a lot was the buffet that was just down the street from us. The buffet rent for about 165 pesos which is around three dollars. you could easily walk to McDonalds Pizza hut Shakeys and the mall had a large food court on the basement level which also had a large grocery store that had everything that you would basicaly need.
