Laab Moo" spiey minced pork salad
Let's cook"Laab Moo" spiey minced pork salad. Which is one of the most popular dish in the Isan region and around Thailand. "Isan" means the Northeast of Thailand, the people allmost are farmers. It can be said that Isan cooking reciepies are very well known within Thailand and Internationly,such asSom-Tum 'papaya salad" seasoning tends to be spicy,salt and sour.The Isan people love the strong up country taste. as a Main dish seve with stickey rice or enjoying with other diches. Ingredients.
.Preparations, Heat the water 1/2 cup with the pork, stirring untill cooked at medium heat, remove and Add fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chilies and the rest of it.
Stir quickly to mix and taste to see if the balance of the spiey,sour and salty tastes is right! if not,season accordingly. serve immediately with fresh vegetables salad and steamed sticky rice
Advantages; laab moo has sour,spiey and salty taste.This helps the digestive system & stimulate your appetite because there are many herbes in this dish, plus dietary fiber from fresh veggetables.
'Khaaw Neow"is sticky rice in Thai.Sticky rice is a different grain of rice from plain rice and it is eaten mainly in the North and Notheast of Thailand. It is traditionaly eaten by hand. The sticky rice needs to be soaked in water for at least 3 hour or over night before it is cooked. Than taken out of the water and steamed about 15 minutes until it is soft and sticky.It is best to check it after 10 minutes. Bye for now, Tor
