You can bet that the Thai Government is going to be looking at scuba diving safety issue again after the sinking of a popular Aisa Livaboard last season. One of the things that is noticeable is that the Thais are now running drills with the military for rescues of travelers in the Kingdom that are in peril. This is also a good sign as they are starting to appreciate the value that budget travelers bring to Thailand and Asia.
