The budget Hotel Monterey in Tokyo's famous Ginza district pictured above, is another good bet. I really liked the atmosphere of this Tokyo accomodationwhich really makes you feel welcome. They have a wall that lists all of the people that have been married in the hotel in the lobby.They also have a fireplace that dates the hotel, if you are going to stay in the Ginza check this accommodation out.

The things that I would suggest that you look for are internet access? If you have your own Wifi enabled computer you can go to a Starbucks or a McDonalds and get online free, otherwise most places charge allot like $4 a hour and it is not real fast. The other thing is do they speak English? A big plus as the staff can point you in the right directions. Close to trains or subway? Is it a short time or LOVE HOTEL? Most Tokyo budget hotels are short time hotels so you need to check that out if you need to get up early in the morning as there will be alot of Japanese Sex going on . Another thing about Tokyo budget hotels is that they have you check out at 10 am and will not let you check in until 3 pm surprisingly this was true the cleaning of the rooms takes place where they change everything on a floor so all the rooms will be tore up if you will until that time so beware!
